Jan.20th   Clarksville Eagle Run

   
We are trying to get things better organized for our trip, and we need those going on our trip to e-mail us to let us know -

who is going___
when you will be leaving___
who has reserved rooms - and where -
                                           Country Inn - in Sioux Falls,S.D. ____, which days? ___      rooms elsewhere - ?
                                           Super 8       - in Deadwood,S.D. ____, which days? ___      rooms elsewhere - ?
                                           The Yellowstone trip  ___                     which days? ___       rooms elsewhere - ?

At this time, some members want to attend the 2 day's in Sioux Falls, others just the 1 day.
After we leave Deadwood,S.D. on Sunday, some will continue on to the Yellowstone area ( please check with Dave Horstmeyer for this part ), while some will be returning home. For those heading home, we are looking to stop overnight near Council Bluffs, Iowa. We need a count to see how many rooms for this stop.

As you  can see, with about 22 couples going on this trip, ( and not everyone going the same time )  we need your help to organize this so we can all have a trouble free great time...
Also, after Feb. 1st you can check out        www.blackhillscorvetteclassic.com        to see the events they have planned, and to register for this event if you want.  ( NOTE- not all going with us will register for this event, that's your call )
